  34.     Compiled with PPLC v3.0 for use with PCBoard 15.2+ only.

  36.     This is a great BBS Lister PPE and has my seal of approval!  Unlike
  37.     all other imitations, this one uses DBaseIII+ routines so there is
  38.     never a proprietory and buggy text file used as the ppe's internal
  39.     database for storing all the info.  Sports tons of configuration
  40.     options, so check it out!

  42.     This is Drake's first official release with PWA.  His work looks
  43.     very promising, so expect to see more good stuff from him in the
  44.     future.
